Fees

Our fees are comparable to Chicago area practitioners and vary according to service provided. All of our clinicians hold professional licenses and credentials, which are typically recognized by insurance providers. We invite you to contact us for detailed information about specific fees and insurance information.

Insurance

Psychological Services, PC is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield Community and PPO plans. We submit claims directly to these insurance providers.

Sliding-Scale

We are pleased to offer sliding-scale services to increase access to underserved communities. At this current time, only Amy Rivas and Elliott DeVore are offering sliding-scales services. If you are interested in learning more about our sliding scale, please contact us.

Health Spending Accounts (HSAs)

Our services are typically fully reimbursed by Health Spending Accounts and your monthly billing statement serves as documentation.
